ElectionsTech is a fully static, educational website and toolkit and resource directory dedicated to how technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) influence elections. Alongside understanding elections through technology, it exists to help experts do the work: it curates practical guides, investigative workflows, tools, resources, organizations, datasets, a glossary, and an interactive calendar of upcoming elections worldwide.
Who it is for
The site serves professionals and researchers studying the intersection of elections and technology — investigative and data journalists, election observers, information-integrity and disinformation researchers, election-security and cybersecurity specialists, AI and digital-rights experts, fact-checkers, academics, civil society organizations, and OSINT practitioners — who need practical, reusable resources rather than political analysis.
What it is not
ElectionsTech does not publish political news, predictions, poll aggregation, opinion, or endorsements. Content is evergreen, evidence-based, and politically neutral, focused on methods rather than conclusions.
Relationship with OSINTGuide
ElectionsTech is an independent companion project within the OSINTGuide.com ecosystem. The two projects share a brand philosophy and quality standards, and cross-link contextually, but do not duplicate content.
How it is built
The site is a static Next.js application generated at build time and served entirely from a CDN. There is no backend, no database, no user accounts, and no tracking beyond privacy-friendly, anonymous analytics.
